It is a bit early yet but you will soon begin to see the light green leaves of this common plant . Pick them when young , stems about 4" high . You will notice their perfumey smell . Cook and serve as you would spinach . IMHO this is one of the few wild vegetables worth eating Wink

Do not be tempted to introduce it into your veg garden tho' as it is very invasive and difficult to remove once established . An absolute sod , in fact !
