Just put 8 bottles of the stuff away to "age" for another couple of weeks. It smells really good and I can see tiny bubbles forming in the bottles. We used the bottles with the Grolch type metal clasp, so hopefully no explosions.
Will get back to you after the first tasting...... if I can still type....
