just made my first batch of goat's milk yoghurt, very nice with honey and fruit, gonna try ice cream then cheese, sold the billy so mamma still has plenty of milk left, has to be milked in the morning and evening any leftover unwanted milk is fed to dogs cats pigs etc. Once the goat gets used to being fed on the milking stand its easy enough to milk her, word of wisdom... use a bucket that she can stand in! and digestives are her favourite reward lol
