The leaf looks a bit like clover . Common in damp woodland . The stems of the leaf have a distinctive lemon flavour . Nibble a few then spit them out rather than swallow . I don't think it would harm to ingest them but you wouldn't want to bother . Very good for taking the edge off a thirst . Wink .
