Hi all!
I am just about to embark on a jam making drive and was wondering where I would get the following in Galway/Ireland.
1) Jam thermometer
2) New Jam Jars
Obviously they are all online but Id rather get them locally if possible.
Cheers in advance.

Just to follow up on that.........
I got jam and honey jars from the Packaging Company in Dublin. Not crazy expensive but costly enough.
I managed to locate an 8litre stainless steel preserving pan in Anthony Ryans Homestore in Galway. (€55). _________________ www.killerflies.com

Hello,
when melimelo does jam, she usually uses salvaged dolmio jars or the like .. well worth it ..
if it's for a commercial enterprise, we got the honey jars and lid through the beekeepers association and payed uner 50 cents for 1 ... (don't have the exact details but could get them)
