Well, time is counting down so I thought I would post this here and in the market place.

Our house - 3 bed, 2 acres of land - is for sale/rent.  I havnt a link to the estate agent yet but will soon.  Its a great house, a quarter mile from the local school which is really friendly and has great views of hte surounding countryside.  Not too far from the ocean either.

I'll post the link as soon as I have it but this is a great oportunity to get the homestead you have always wanted Wink
