next week i start building my home smoker.
there will be to chambers to it one will be a bbq then a taller camber behind that for smokeing,that will be linked by a flue and bafle for larger pices like hams and bacon .

Nice one Keith. I tried building a smoker a few years back with a limited amount of success. Cold smoking was a problem as the smoker would heat up too much. Even direct sunshine would send the temp too high. I will build another one next year, hopefully better than the last one. Keep us posted on how you are getting on.
