I am a little confused , as usual , and I suspect one or two others around here are the same .
How many different types ( forms ) of lime are used in farming , what are their uses , and how much does it matter if they get muddled up ?
There's the one you can dust onto chickens to keep red mites down .
And one you spread on the ground around the sheep creep-feeder , so their foot problems get treated while they eat .
One for making cement / whitewash .
One gets spread on the fields .
Quick lime ; Bird lime ; a-twist-in-the-G&T-lime ; .................
