I'll second that
Have a great break and a happy and successful new year .
Just thinking ahead a bit , if anyone has any interesting ways of dealing with the leftovers perhaps you could share them with us . My home-reared turkey grew a lot bigger than I thought it would and it looks like we'll be eating it for the rest of the month . That is a nice problem to have but I will be heartily fed up with broth by the end of the week !!
