slice the meat in to thin strips about 1 inch long, brown in the pan with some oliveoil , add1 meddium onion,some mushrooms salt, pepper, and herbs to taste ,add 1 pint of water and bring to the boil, simmer for 15mins and serve with veg of your choosing.
