Hello,
I've just started naking bread by hand since our bread maker broke and I'm starting to get the hang of it ..
Here is after 3h bread making ..
I did 2 balls of white dough, and 1 of brown dough:
I realised after viewing a thread on downsizer that it's the book I have, but in Fench
Dough: Simple Contemporary Bread (with DVD, hmmm)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Dough-Sim...emporary-Bread-free/dp/1856266109
It's fairly straight forward and would recommend this book even though the chap is annoying.
Camile

Hi Camile. What type of flour did you use. The bread maker prefers hard wheat but I have had reasonable success making bread by hand with soft wheat
