I looked up Moran's organic feed and went down to the feed store and asked for turkey fattener (not what its called but you get the gist) and pullet grower but what he gave me was red mills equivalent names but NOT ORGANIC I asked for organic about 6 times and yes, I should have looked closer but dag nab it, I should have got what I asked for without having to be miss detective so now I have 2 bags of feed to get through before I can get the organic goodies. At the rate they are getting through it I should have them on organic food in a few weeks but what a pest.
Oh, and got to catch an escapee again this morning That plus the pheasants that want to live with the turkeys and chickens have really livened up my days I feel a bit sorry for the pheasants because they just have no clue, do they? _________________ The reward for a job well done is more work |
