So who still has all their Christmas shopping to do? And where are you doing it!

I have been super organised this year and got it all out of the way at the start of December. All that is left now is the delivery Laughing

Have my kids and husband sorted, no presents yet for anyone else, wont see my family until the new year so will leave it for a while. Christmas tree up, cake and pudding bought, I used to go to a lot of trouble baking for months for us and half the country but we never eat them so shop bought for the odd visitor that might pop in an expect some. I am hoping to do a large batch of mince pies tomorrow though, enough to fill half the freezer, and the other half I am going to fill with lasagnes. You know when half way through christams you want food that isnt christamassy, well roll out the lasagnes.

Few people over on Christams eve for drinks and some food, and then all the family for new years eve. A quite christams lunch, just ourselves.

On new years I will be cooking for vegatarians, lactose intolerant, diabetics, no fat, committed carnivores, wheat free, highly allergic to gluten, and one who will only eat sausage and chips. his I am used too but a new one thrown at me for christmas eve is an alergy to citris acid. Any suggestions as I have not come across that one before, it seems to be used as an addidtive as well as found in fruit?

Thanks, have given it a quick look, but I think I will tell here to bring her own food to be safe. Its not just citric acid as an additive she has a problem with its natural citrus too.
