Has anyone else found the sound on the tele is all over the place?

What i mean is when the programs are on and we have a break for the adds the sound is louder,
And when it comes to the celebs having mics on their clothing
IE Bargain huts been the latest these lics are hidden down a jumper or under a scarf and i find you can't make out what the hell they're muffling on about.

Anyone else found the same?

It is a fact that the television companies deliberately increase the volume when the advertisements are on. It's all part of the process of persuading you to buy rubbish that you don't need and would be better off without.  I take it as a rule that if they need to advertise it, it's not worth buying.  A good product needs no advertising.

What about all these people who get paid a fortune for putting mic's in places so you cant hear whats being said,
Dont they have sound checks ?
