This is a bit of a long shot but I visited Tully Farm to buy some GOS weaners about 4 years ago and noticed that they had a pigmy goat . Have just checked their website and it looks like they have still got it so they might be able to point you in the right direction .
I have pm'd Atholl Gow to ask if he would respond on this post .

hello was over looking at pygmy goats today, he said he might be selling a breeding pair shortly he is looking 600 euro for pair. im not interested but if you are i can give you his phone number if they come up.
