I would like to collect a few pieces of old / obsolete equipment such as a horse-drawn plough and grass cutter , hand-turned machines and domestic utensils such as the cast-iron skilleens (sp ?) but I have no idea what they are worth . I imagine that they are already " collectors items " but there are still a few knocking about in old sheds .
Could anyone provide a few pointers or , even better , a couple of examples with what they would say are fair prices ? Cheers .

Hi Blowin. If you had posted this four days ago I would have given you my circa 1942 Trusty Tractor as the beast would not start Evil or Very Mad  However, it chugged and snorted into life and did an afternoons fare work so maybe I will keep it Very Happy . Knowing you as a man of schemes, I wonder what you are up to this time. Very Happy  Such equipment as you seek are often obtained "On Loan" if that's any help. Good luck.

Too many schemes and too few end results !
These things are already quite "collectible" and will become more so  Wink I think they will significantly increase in value in 3 to 5 year's time .
