Gidday

Well a lot of people scoff at the thought of the moon effecting people, but I served 11 years in the Police Force and I can assure you that some people are real lunatics.

Now kidding.

Merry Meet Keith. It was an open question actually. The phases of the Moon seems to me to have an effect on many things and not just human of course. There is a strong belief about planting seeds on a waxing Moon. I, and many others do this Confused The Christian Easter date is set by the full moon as of course are the Pagen Esbat`s. Even beach fisherman would look for a spring tide to try and maximise their catch. etc etc etc..

On the full moon my kids dont sleep for s**t! And I tend to dream longer and more frequently. And people nn the rescue professions say it goes nuts on the full moon. I havnt yet tried planting by the moons fazes as I am a grab the spare minet kind of gardener just now but hopefully will be more organized in future. (Yeh right Rolling Eyes )

Gidday

While I was in the Police, for several years I had to work under a Sergeant who was a real lunatic. No kidding.

Especially if we were on night shift, the job would turn to crap the week before the full moon. I first mentioned this as a joke, but after a while it sure was no joke and everyone on the shift would take a keen interest in the phases of the moon before going on nightshift.

there is a school of thought that indicates that the moon influences volcanos and fault lines as well as the oceans.
