Thank you Shark.
I dont know how experienced you are with working/training Lurchers (sorry in advance if you are expeirienced) but you wont go far wrong by reading a copy of, The complete Lurcher. By D Brian Plummer.(Of the Plummer Terrier fame) It gives you an insite of what your pup should be coming to expect from you! I found it quite usefull and informative. I am not to sure where you will pick a copy up though. My last four have still yet to return!!!!

hi Phil, talked to Dave ,very nice man.when did he say your pup will be ready, what do you think of a half bearded collie, and half greyhound...or a half border collie half greyhound.

I would pick border collie greyhound, but that's just my preference.he has a stud dog called Alex which is ten per cent greyhound that's the one i would like a pup out of,and the pups are a bit smaller than usual twenty three twenty four inches.

They would make great ferreting and lamping dogs, but it all depends on how much work you are willing to put in to training them.
