I have been trying to do that for nearly 45 minutes and still haven't got anything except a locked up system . I suspect you need broadband to view it  Evil or Very Mad  Laughing  .

Finally got it ( from the public library pc ) . It certainly does look promising but I don't intend to hold my breath !
I note they say they will make it available to everyone who applies for it ...... but don't tell you how to do that .
I would be eternally grateful if you let me know if you hear of any further developments . We can't get newspapers delivered up here , either !

This might be a useful link too . I haven't studied the site but it appears that they are campiagning to ensure that roll-out actually happens , amongst other things such as price structures .
