Well , maybe you would think of it but I didn't take the warning seriously .
This is the result of our dog peeing on the car wheel ! The metal rim has actually rusted through , to the extent that it literally fell apart when I was removing it in order to fix a puncture . The puncture was caused by the ragged inner edge of the rim cutting into the inner tube . Thank goodness it all happened as MOH was nearly back home because should would almost certainly have lost control if it had happened at speed . So , it is 4 new rims and a big tin of Hammerite first thing next week
FWIW the process took about 4 1/2 years and he is an exceptionally big dog !
