YIPEEEEEEEEWe are moving to the sunshine for a few years, hubbies job has offices in Florida and he has been transfered to TAMPA
BUT, now we has a few things that have to be sold before we go so here goes...................
4 hermans tortoises, two large and two small. The large are mail and microchipped, the small are most likely female - no promises though - and havnt been microchipped as they were too small when we got the boys done. They are 200 each or 700 for the four and if you get all four I will throw in their 4 x 4 ft tortoise table and all their lights and heat lamps for free. They are all in tip top health and have been weed fed rather than mucking them up with tortoise pellets that they shouldnt eat anyway so why the shops sell it...........hmmmmm time to get off my soap box now
One HUGE well established marine tank 4 x 2 x 2 ft, 120 gallon with fish, corals, animonie (sp?) and atendant clownfish, seaweeds, high intensity lights and every bell and whistle for electronic thingy that Mr GB could pack into and onto the thing he is a bit like that but the tank is really the better for it all. The entire thing must have cost in the area of 10k to set up but we are selling for 2,000 or best offer (he will dicker if you dismantle it and move it so a bit more could be saved that way but dont tell him I told you so ) It has a beach wood stand and is just the best ever. Gutted at haveing to get rid of it but hey, they have wild reefs to go see in Florida
One 3 ton digger, a cracking great machine, the best most usefull tool ever. It comes with 3 buckets, large, med and small. We just had the small trenching one made up so its only been used once
8,000 or best offer.
and last but not least
A mini tractor, I will give the links to the adds latter with pictures of all the above but it comes with a finishing mow deck and a rotovator, each 5 ft across and a small tipping trailer. Its got power to burn and gets through the worst wet slopy ground with out even noticing. I have to say its a marvelous machine (named Scrumpy ) and everyone around here has been in to see it whenever himself has it out working. A super great nippy litte thing, 9,000 or nearist offer.
Oh, and does anyone want to rent a 3 bed house on 2 acres? 600 per month, 12 miles from Abbeyfeale. Its on a high hill so great views around the country side, 30 seconds from the school, its just down the hill but far enough away so you dont hear the kiddies playing. The land is wet, I wont kid you but it has a nice dry upper bit that we had planned to put a couple of lambs on and the orchard has been started so in a few years or so some nice fruit will be comming out of it, lots of nice heritage apples and some aldie bargins thrown in I have kept chickens and turkeys with no problems and the neighbors are lovely. You could run it as a nice little homestead like we had planned to do, even putting the polly tunnel back up, it just needs a new cover as the kids discovered how much fun putting HUGE holes in plastic could be
Oh, and its tiled and hardwood floors through out and pets more than welcome, large dog door in back door even so they can come and go without your holding the door open for them.

I cant think of anything else to say about any of the above, other than we are a bit gutted to have finally gotten all our equipment together and now having to be selling it but the payoff isnt that bad, sun, sand and my family only 5 hours away and theme parks and snorkling and well, you get the idea
let me know if you are interested in anything, we have till next month to shift it all so dont hang about please

DUH, I should have mentioned that the house if FURNISHED, chest freezer, big American style fridge, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, 48 inch wall mounted telly, beds, couches, wood/coal burner in dining room which is an adults sitting area at the moment with futon couch and coffee table because the rest of the house is run amuk with our 3 kiddies but you could set up as a dining room again if you wanted.
A LARGE pantry utility room off the kitchen is right handy and its a bungalow so no poxy stairs to mess with so its easy to keep tidy, well, I find it easier than stairs anyway
