Ohhhhhhh NO IT ISN'T just for Irish residents .
It really doesn't matter who / where / what you are 
Like every community we have a code of conduct . We haven't written it down but it is, in effect , the site Terms & Condititions which everyone agrees to when they sign up . Just common sense and decency really . If you are like minded on that then you are already one of us ! . Welcome mb !
