The scheme is administered by Sustainable Energy Ireland and aims to increase the use of sustainable energy technologies within Irish homes over the next 5 years. Some of the technologies included: Solar Water Heaters: €300 per sqm up to 12sqm max Wood Chip or Pellet Central Heating Boiler System: €4,200 regardless of system size. Wood Pellet Room Heaters/Stoves with automated wood pellet feed: €1,100 regardless of stove output Wood Pellet Room Heaters/Stoves with Boiler and automated wood pellet feed: €1,800 regardless of system size. |

A very good grant system. In it  . We are going to fit Solar pannels, Wood pellet /Multi fuel boiler and a Heat recovery system. It is the grants that make this all possible but I am not sure that there is a grant for the latter. I think the Irish Government has a much better grasp on evironmental issues than Tonys mob.
