Corrigans City FarmWhat are your views on Corrigans City Farm shown last night? I was pretty sceptical about the whole thing at first but i quite enjoyed it.It shows a return to the "grow your own" culture we so easily forgot in the Celtic Tiger years.Disappointing that they didn't get traditional purebred pigs though.

I quite enjoy that programme, could not believe the amount of chemicals that went into that bacon though , makes you think about getting a piggy or 2

I liked the show but though Corrigan was very pushy on the voluteers. I mean, down on the allotment is where you are supposed to be relaxed. He spent most of the time pushing schedules on them.

Cheap television, its been done so many times, and what does a prick like Corrigan know about rearing livestock, Nothing, its just a handy bandwagon he's jumped on, a front man for a meaningless TV programme.
Celebrity chefs my arse.

Celebrity chefs my arse. | My sentiments exactly. These people with the allotments probably wont have allotments after the series ends and you wont see Corrigan for dust. What damage they have done for encouraging people to keep chickens for the table is anyone's guess.
