any thing good to do with gorse

I see all sorts of alcoholic things one can do with gorse blossoms. I make a tea from them and its really really nice. Sweet and rich. But what I would like to know is there anything else I can do with them?

This valley is full of it . Have you noticed how strongly it smells of coconut on a warm , damp evening ?
An ingredient in potpourri , perhaps ?

I did find mention of making it into perfume but no good instructions. All are either invitations to making stagnant flower water of so complicated that I hesitate to even try Rolling Eyes But that smell is what the flowers tast like as a tea so I guess I shall just do my usual, colect lots and dry them for later. Its nice to have a tast of spring next winter when the weather gets me down Very Happy
