|
|
Hello,
I was wondering if it was a good idea to put sheep fleece in the pig's hut as bedding ?
I have some bad quality one I would otherwise be used as mulch for the trees ..
I'm wondering if they will eat it and harm them.
Thanks,
Camile

| Hello Camille, a while back I had a sow that decided to eat some wool daggings I had lazily thrown over the fence. She was very ill after and i nearly lost her. Though I'm not sure if it was the wool or the shit i would'nt chance it again. |

Thanks Dara,
So far only one person told me that it might be ok .. so will restrain from doing so and will find some other use for it ..
Having the sheep in semi wild land means they are way too dirty to be able to do anything sensitive with it ..
