To all you chicken mad people:
Some good soul in Kerry (not me) is organizing a
Poultry Bring & Buy Day in
Killarney on October 19.
Gates open at 10.30 in the morning
I understand there'll be an auction too, in addition to people bringing birds for sale.
Venue: Coolewood Wildlife Park
How to get there: From Killarney town go out the Cork road, just at the end of the 30 mile zone turn left into the park.
There was a similar event there in August (which I missed &*%^&!) which apparently was extremely successful (hence the repeat), loads of birds, loads of folks, a great family day out.
