I shouldn't open my big mouth all the time ..
because now I have to do a bread making demonstration to 40 odd people tonight .. for the local cookery class in town.
I assumed when I've been asked that it will be a hand full of people ..
now for those of you that knows me, should I shave and wear my proper bakers pant ?

Ah well I'm not that scared .. it's just the number of people might be stressful for the questions ..
as for pants .. I have the proper baker's pant, with a blue and white checker ..
should be good fun .. |

Hand out leaflets about your "remote online computer assistance" business. No need to shave but wear a lovely hair net..... |

I think you will find that Food Hygiene regs say you should also wear a snood ( net ) to cover that thing you call a beard if you are cooking for public consumption .
Sounds like a real challenge . Don't be shy ! Good luck .

it all went well though ... 40 biddies staring at you is something to experience once in your life ..
plenty of orders coming in though .. well worth it ..
At least I had fun.
