Hello,

Putting this add up because this house used to belong to my girlfriend’s great grand parents, it is now for sale and I thought this could interest someone looking for relocating in the French sticks !! We think it has great potential !!
It is a beautiful traditional Normand house, situated close to the lovely village of Soulles in lower Normandy. It is approximately 1h30 drive from Cherbourg and 30 minutes from the sea ( ideal for beach combing lovers) the house has 2 bedrooms , kitchen, dining room, bathroom. The house is of sound structure according to surveyor ‘s report, it is possible to move straight in. The house hasn’t been lived in since January, so house would need a leak of paint to freshen up and that would be it.
There is great potential with outbuildings, they could be renovated for bed and breakfast or “gites” or simply to extend the house. The house comes with up to 1 acre of land around the house (and a of course a hen house at the back !!), it is situated on a very quiet cul de sac.
