I need to make some room so I need to 'get rid' of 3 dorking cocks.
I dont mind if you take them for a bit of fattening for the pot. I have killed 2 of them myself and can say that, although a bit on the skinny side the flavour of the meat is delicious.
Better still of course, if you want them as a pet or as a stud bird.
I am located in south Dublin 5 minutes from the M50 and about 10 minutes from the N81.

Hi Bref. These handsome birds are from a very good strain of PB Dorking stock. It would be a pity to put such fine birds in the pot. Hope you find a home for them Bref.
Cheers. _________________ Leave not a trace. |

Pity you didn't take them to the Bring & Buy Day of the Irish Poultry Fancier Association (Sep 13 in Kilcock, Kildare). Couple folks were asking for Dorkings. |

Dammit, we were there but couldnt bring the lads with us coz we had to pay a visit to that Kildare Outlet Village place before hand and got there quite late.
Might have talked to you? Had you just bought a pair of beautiful Silver Seabrights? |

No, that was my friend. (I'm into big chunky birds - reference to chickens, not friends ) We were at the little steps on the right hand side as you come into the courtyard. I was the taller one with the green paw-print fleece and black jeans. Who were you? I remember talking to a lovely couple late in the day |

| Well, the 3 cockerels just found a home in a park nearby. They will be part of a new aviary exibit the park rangers are setting up (petting zoo kind of a thing). I kept one for crossing with commercial broiler hens but if he is a dud the lads at the park says its no problem to swap him for one of the other lads. |
